Burst capillary? Remove contacts? ? - picture of a capillary burst on skin

I think he broke a capillary in the eyes, but not sure (which followed was a struggle very badly vomiting food poisoning). It was two days because of the holiday, but I did not get in a position to the ophthalmologist for the moment. Blood seems to be spreading, but stops at the edge of my contact. So I have three questions:

1) Is this a hair breath away?
2) If so, it can heal itself, and how long will it take?
3) Can I contact during my healing? (I prolonged use of contact lenses for two weeks at a time.) Blood is spreading, and I fear I will spend my students when I remove my contacts. (Not sure if it is still possible, but who knows.)

I would like your contacts and wear glasses if you put into force. The reason is that the contacts can irritate the eyes, and make the problems more acute. If I were not to be worried about the blood in my eyes. More than likely it's just a blood vessel is broken and needs to heal and drain on him.
